DEAR CHAPTER MEMBERS AND FRIENDS, 

What: EAA Chapter 1554 Monthly Meeting.

When: Saturday June 1st, 2019 @ 10:00 am.

Where: Bayview, Idaho. Terry Bolstad's Shop. 33743 Fir Road, Bayview, Idaho 83803.

Directions:  From US 95 take exit 449 ID54 Athol/Bayview. Head east on ID54 toward Bayview. Drive approximately 10 miles and take a left on First Street. Go two blocks and take a right on Fir Road. Terry's house is the fourth driveway to the left. Terry's house is a light blue mobile home with white trim. The street number on the house is 33743.

Meeting Topic: Terry will be showing us the progress on his new Zenith 650 project. 

We are always looking for subject matter to presented at upcoming meetings. If any of you are interested in presenting your projects, have expertise you would like to share, or know someone who might have something interesting to show or tell please email TreeportEAA@gmail.com We are also interested in expanding the members section of the website with your photos and projects. Tech Notice: We have been having problems with people getting meeting notices. I want you to know that we are working on getting this issue fixed. Vice President Vance Simons has consolidated all the members information and will be sending out a test email to all members and chapter friends. Please take a minute to reply back to the emails so we can verify and build a working email notification system.

 

 

Start time will be at  5:00 pm, Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm.

The address is 11100 N. Airport Drive, Bay 5, Hayden Idaho 83835.

Dinner will be $15.00 per person.

Entree (Guests should choose one) Salmon, Chicken Thighs or Tri-tip.

Each entree will come with a potato, veggie side and a green salad.

Dinner will also include cider tasting and one cider. Additional cider, beer or wine will be available for purchase.

Matt and friends will be providing about an hour of live music.

Please RSVP to Matt no later than December 14th with how many people will be attending and each persons choice of entree.

Seasons Greeting, It's time to make reservations for our 2016 Treeport EAA Chapter Christmas Party. All the information is listed below including the menu.

Please take a moment to email (RSVP) Matt @ mpeterson.mba@gmail.com. Matt will need to know how many people will be attending and each persons choice of dinner entree. (choices below)

We are very excited to have Matt Peterson (our chapter treasurer) host our Christmas Party at North Idaho Cider. This event will be held SundayDecember 18th 2016.

2019 Steve Rogers Memorial Treeport EAA Chapter Fly-in/Camp out  July 5th - 6th.

 

The dates will be Friday, July 5th and Saturday, July 6th. On Friday night we will be having a Chili Cook off starting at 5:30 pm. After dinner the Chapter will be putting on an aviation related movie in Ken's hangar. Popcorn will be provided by the Chapter. There are plenty of locations to pitch a tent and we encourage people to stay the night. Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am will be our famous Pancake, Egg and Sausage breakfast. Water, Coffee and Orange juice will also be provided.

All meals will be provided by suggested donation and funds will go to help sponsor future Chapter events. 

Do you think you make the best chili north of the Rio Grande?? We always welcome friendly competition. Lets see what you got. If you are going to bring Chili please RSVP with Ken Rogers. 

Salads and desert donations are always welcome and appreciated. Thank you to all who have brought extra food items to past events. It's always a hit. 

Note: Our chili cook off is not a competition. No prizes will be awarded. The best chili will win bragging rights only.
